In a VW Campervan conversion from 21 Vanagoons, you are ready to go at thee drop of a hat, thanks to the powerful 12v leisure battery and dual charging systems, energy efficient LED lighting, plus a sink, hob and much more, you’ll have everything you need to spend time where you are at your happiest. Whether that’s just having a quiet country break or an adventure with friends and family.
With the convenience of a Rock ‘N’ Roll bed, the warmth off insulation and carpet lining, along with all the home comforts, they have everything you need from eating to sleeping and there is even enough room inside for getting changed out of a wetsuit.
There is also plenty of space for luggage, sports equipment and even the four legged family members)
Window Fitting
Windows are a fantastic addition to any van, let the light shine in with a choice from side windows that are fixed or opening to rear tailgate or barn door windows, we can supply and fit them all.
All our windows are produced to the highest standard and are fully compliant with latest regulations.
They come in a range of options, clear glass, tinted glass, non opening or opening, blackout glass or even fake windows.
Tinted privacy glass gives 20% light transmission into the vehicle. All our privacy glass windows are factory tinted not film.
Are theory is, that if you are going to fit windows then fit them correctly first time round, there is nothing worse than a leaking window that allows water ingress that can cause some serious damage.
This is why we are matriculas when we install our glass, we follow our very own protocols and methods which ensure a fully sealed and secure installation, we give a 1 year guarantee that our windows will not leak.
Carpet Lining & Insulation
Road noise and the cold creeping in is something you don’t need in your campervan. Thats why we fully insulated and carpet line all of our conversions.
We fit new panels inside the van, a foil backed noise reduction material and a heat insulation Dacron will help reduce the noise considerably, and keep it warm.)
The inside of the van is carefully carpeted using a 4 way stretch carpet. The separate panels are carpeted individually and fitted with invisible fixing to allow easy removal should you need access to behind.
Our carpet comes in a variety of colours to really give your van a nice warm look and feel to the interior.
Rock n Roll beds
Getting a good night’s sleep is one of the most important part of any van conversion, and selecting the right bed is vital. This is why we have spent significant time researching and testing to give a good range of Rock n Roll bed designs and features.
We only use a couple of manufacturers so we can provide the best quality and are all M1 safety tested and certified products.)
Whether you choose a material that matches your existing front seats, or if you go for something different we can re-cover the front seat to match the bed.
The choice is yours and we can ensure you will end up with a good looking seat combination and get a great night’s sleep.
Elevating Roofs
The elevating roof can be fitted to any of our VW Transporter conversions, short or long wheel base. As standard they come in high gloss white or black, but we can match almost any van’s original colour.)
We supply the canvas in 2 grades of fabric and available in 20 standard colours or if you have a specific colour in mind we can almost certainly provide that as well.
The bed comes in a range of styles to suit your needs from standard bed board to a bi fold system with a deluxe mattress.
Power and Cooking
We only use type approved equipment in all our conversions. The 12vdc system is powered by a 100Amph leisure battery charged from an intelligent DC – DC Dual MPPT smart alternator charger to which solar upgrades can easily be added. You have a choice of touch operated downlighters, USB device charging points and fridge that are all powered by the 12Vdc system.
There is a 240Vac electrical hookup point hidden within the rear bumper that can provide power to a range of sockets to enable you use normal household appliances such as kettles or hairdryers whilst camping.
A combination two burner gas hob with a sink and cold water tap is fitted as standard, this comes complete with fresh and waste water storage containers and water pump.
All installations comes with the appropriate certificates.
